How to Delete a friend on Facebook

First add a person as a friend by sending him a request.

1. Open your Facebook account, select friends. Now in the option search for people, give my name and press enter. Now a list is displayed, select add as friend and send a request.

2. Select friends, type the name of the person you want to delete and press enter. It displays the person to whom you have sent a request. Now opposite to his name you can see two options, add to list or remove. You need to select remove and the person gets deleted from your list.
