First, go to the website reloadevery.mozdev.org and click "install" on this page. Next, restart Firefox and when you click on any page now, you will see a new option to refresh every 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. This will save you time from pressing the refresh button or F5 manually, and refresh it just how many times you need it so you don't miss anything on websites that you visit the most often.
