In the video, the viewer is shown that by clicking the button marked "Safety" in Internet Explorer 8 the "delete browser history" option is revealed. As long as each option is clicked, the history for the computer user is deleted. The browser history, cookies, cache, and passwords can all be deleted with the click of the button provided that each option is checked.
