This video shows how to find free (absolutely) royalty free music for your videos, animations and commercials which can be used as background tracks. I have found three useful sites that lets users to download and use them for monetising purposes and some provide ISRC codes as well.

This is very important for any new video producer as background musics are important for making a quality video and buying music clips for such videos may be costly for a starter in this arena.
