How to Make Garlic Deviled Eggs
Here is how to make garlic deviled eggs, perfecta appetizers when you have family and friends over.
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- ¼ cup real mayonnaise
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Paprika powder
- 6 capers
- ½ tbsp coarse sea salt
Boil 6 eggs with ½ a tbsp of coarse sea salt for 20 minutes.
Then, run eggs under cold water to cool them.
Now you can peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them length wise in half.
Then remove the yolks, and place them in a mixer ( you could also put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork)
Remove from your mixer, and put your mashed egg york in a bowl.
Stir in ¼ cup of real mayonnaise.
Now add 2 tsp of garlic powder
Mix well, and refill whites with yolk mixture
Sprinkle a little bit of each egg with Paprika – Top with one caper on each.
Then no need to add salt, as your eggs were already boiled with salted water.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
And voila, you just made beautiful Garlic deviled eggs.
