Step 1: Ingredients
Mussels (4 Pound)
Garlic Clove (1)
Butter (1/2 Ounce)
Bay Leaves (1)
Dry White Wine (3 1/2 Ounce)
35% Cream (4 Ounce)
Parsley Leaves (1)
Ok we are now ready to wash the mussels with plenty of cold running water.
Check to make sure that none of them are already open.
If you find some open, discard them .
Pre-heat your frying pan, and add your butter.
Now add your chopped Shallots into your pan
Stir them until soft before adding the garlic.
Now add your mixed herbs.
Now add your uncooked clean mussels.
Mix well and add your 3 ½ oz of white wine
And cover for the rest of the cook time which is approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until the mussels are open
And than add your 4 oz of cream and parsley
Mix well and bon Appétit.
