  14. Click on the next step button.
  15. Your Google Plus profile will be automatically created.
  16. Add a profile photo if you wish or else click next step button.
  17. You'll be transferred to a welcome page with more information about Gmail.
  18. Click "Continue to Gmail" button to start using your Google Mail account.

I created Gmail account following this way <==> Open web browser ==> Type (google.com) in the web bar and click icon ==> again click (Gmail) button and later click (Add account) / (Create an account) ==> Showing Create your Google Account new page and fill in the box with your own details again following this rules later ==> Last Click (Continue to Gmail).
