5 Steps to remove Scam or Spam applications on your Facebook Profile or Account

Login to you Facebook Account  as usual with you Username and  Password.

Go to Account list box at the right top corner in your Facebook profile

Select Privacy Settings the new page will come up with more options to change your privacy settings.

Go to the bottom left of your page you will see Application and Website Title, Click Edit Your Setting link.

Click Remove Unwanted or Spam Application

You will find all website application link to your Facebook Profile. You have a choice to leave and remove all suspicious  application.

How does this happen?

Thousands of Facebook users have been scammed by virally across the social network. Those scam massages appear on Facebook wall.

Some of these Messages claiming to show users First Status followed by link which is randomly selected. Most users get interested in these scams tricks and fall in trap by clicking those links and allow scam application to access their profile.

E.g     My 1st St@tus was: "[random message]". This was posted on [random date]

        Find your 1st St@tus @ [LINK]

        or

  Find person browsing your profile  at night

   Followed by Link

   There many more of this massage what you need to do first investigated about a link before you connect to it if is not listed as scam Messages
