Email to fax is a feature, that allows users to send faxes from their emails to multiple recipients instantly. This feature is available from the most Internet fax providers, that offer their clients the possibility to send and receive faxes using any email client. An online fax subscription, an email and an Internet connection is needed.

To send a fax from an email, follow these steps:

Subscribe to an online fax service:

Subscribe to an Internet fax service (most of these services provide the "mail to fax" option). Use your email address for subscription, you can then send faxes with this email from any email application. No addtitional software and hardware is required, only an Internet connection and an email is needed.

Once you have an online fax account you'll be able to send faxes from your email. Follow these steps to send a fax:

  • Attach documents to fax (most of file formats are supported) and insert destination fax number in the body of email, in international format.
  • Click to send

Your fax is sent

Your document will be converted into fax format and sent to all destinations. You'll receive an email notification on fax delivery.
