You can get a new look for Google. Now you need to go to Google.uk and type or set your home page to http://www.google.com/ncr. Now when you go there you will see that Google's logo, Google search buttons etc. has changed. Now if you type youtube in search box, the suggestion box box will provide you direct link of http://www.youtube.com, and you can directly go there just by clicking on it.
