If you did not set up another way to regain the account after lockout, It's gone pretty much. The another way is recovery thru phone or alternate email.

You would of had to of done that before the lockout occurred.

well, if u used 2 factor authentication, then u can get it back i.e as google support will send you a passcode via sms on the phone number u provided.
